Statutory right of withdrawal

For a qualifying distance purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your withdrawal, without giving a reason, at info@marsaux.com or the seller's postal address. A clear statement is sufficient; the form below is optional. You must then return the goods within 14 days of that notification.

We refund the amounts due, including the initial standard delivery charge if you withdraw from the entire order, within 14 days of your notification. Any supplement for a more expensive delivery method you chose is not refunded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement is made using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost.

You may examine the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond this may make you liable for diminished value, without automatically removing your right of withdrawal. Missing original packaging or labels does not, by itself, constitute a general exclusion of this right.

The hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, where the statutory conditions for this exception are met. It does not apply indiscriminately to all lingerie. Rights relating to defects and lack of conformity remain applicable.

Existing commercial return commitment

In addition to statutory rights, Marsaux allows you to request a commercial return within 30 days of receipt. For this commercial extension, the item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition, with its labels and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact info@marsaux.com for instructions. You bear the direct costs of a change-of-mind return, according to your chosen carrier's rates. If we offer a paid return label, we will tell you its cost and obtain your agreement before issuing it; you may choose your own carrier. Costs relating to a defect or lack of conformity are borne by the seller under the statutory conditions. This cost rule applies to new orders; commitments applicable to earlier orders remain unaffected. An approved commercial refund is made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. These arrangements do not extend statutory deadlines where they apply.
