Seller, products and orders

These terms govern orders placed on marsaux.shop with Ameritex SRL, identified above. The shop and adult products are intended for adults. Product characteristics, variants and safety information are provided on the product pages. Photographs and descriptions must enable the essential characteristics of each item to be identified.

The customer selects items and variants, checks the basket, provides the information needed for delivery and selects one of the payment methods actually offered. The order summary allows the customer to check the total price and charges before placing an order with an obligation to pay. Confirmation is sent by email.

Prices and the Ero Expo discount

Prices are stated in euros, including taxes. Applicable shipping charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

The code EROEXPO30 provides 30% off eligible one-time product purchases from 9 October 2026 at 00:00, Brussels time. It is available to anyone who has the code, with no minimum purchase and no end date currently set. It cannot be combined with other discounts. The discount does not apply to shipping charges or gift cards. The applicable terms are those displayed before the order is placed.

Delivery

The orders concerned are shipped directly to the customer by our logistics partner Eprolo. For Belgium and France, the stated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days, including order preparation. Available destinations and applicable charges are those offered during checkout.

In the event of delay, non-delivery or a damaged parcel, contact info@marsaux.com with your order number. Ameritex SRL remains your point of contact and fulfils its obligations as seller. An additional shipping option is not a condition for the consumer's statutory rights.

Withdrawal, returns and warranty

The statutory right of withdrawal and the 30-day commercial return arrangement are described in the return policy. A price reduction does not remove the customer's statutory rights.

Consumers benefit from the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity. For new goods subject to Belgian law, it generally lasts two years from delivery. In the event of a defect, contact Ameritex SRL; the applicable statutory remedies are provided free of charge under the conditions laid down by law. The consumer's applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Data and complaints

Data needed for an order may be processed by service providers involved in payment, shop operation, shipping and delivery, in accordance with the privacy policy. A purchase does not require subscription to marketing communications.

Belgian law applies, subject to the mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence where applicable. Jurisdiction is determined by law; these terms do not restrict it to the courts at the seller's registered office.
